Free Method A

Connect to the internet and choose a browser you like. Then, type the cell number you are interested in but do it in quotes. For example, "000222555" and don’t forget to include the area code, otherwise it won’t recognize the number. With this system you have a 30% chance of success to find that particular number but with no other additional input, i.e. no name, no address, nothing!

Free Method B

This method may cost you a dollar, so it’s not entirely "free".

Go to the closest phone booth, dial the cell number you want to find but first make sure you use *67. Be careful to not to spend more than a buck as this cell number might be rated as premium and it would cost you "an eye". Their way of operating is by tempting you to ring them back and then charge you with a very expensive bill. It’s definitely the riskiest option. 

If you really want a fast and accurate result but with the need of some investment, I advise you to use either of these two methods:

Paid Method A.-  You can hire a private detective for $35 plus per hour but this could become even more expensive as the investigation "progresses".

Personally, I wouldn’t follow this route. It’s too expensive when you consider the benefit of using the following option.

Paid Method B.- Use a reverse cell phone directory.

This is the method I like the most for being the fastest and the most reliable although you will need to pay a small fee for the benefits.

You should know that all phone calls go into online directories databases from where you can retrieve cell phone’s owners information. The best directories will allow you to carry out an initial search so you can make sure they have the number you are looking for. You have an 85% chance of finding it. So don’t waste any more time time and find that number now!

In my opinion the best method is to use a reverse cell phone directory. As I said this will cost a bit – somewhere in the region of $10-$35 but in most cases you’ll get what you’ve paid for – that elusive number and better still it will only have taken about 5 minutes.

The best ones to go for allow you to do an initial search to check whether or not they have the phone number on their database. This is a necessary feature as even these directories have about an 85% success rate which means that if the number comes up you will be able to find the cell phone owner pretty quickly with no hassle.
 

To search a cell number is not difficult you just have to know what you are doing. There are various ways to do it which include free and paid. I can assure you this technique of finding a cell number is rarely effective because even if you were lucky to find the number this will not lead you to any real information about the owner of the cell number. The cell phone companies don’t provide information on their customers – period!

Now, I will tell you the other way (best way) to solve this:
